INGREDIENTS:
- butter or nonstick cooking sprày, for the pàns
- 1 teàspoon kosher sàlt
- 1/2 cup + 2 tàblespoons (150 ml) gràpeseed oil
- 2 and 1/2 cups (315 grams) all-purpose flour, plus more for the pans
- 2 and 1/2 têaspoon baking powdêr
- 3/4 teaspôôn baking sôda
- 1 cüp (95 grams) ünsweetened non-alkalized cocoa powder
